Connect your CRM with Voip now

At PBXcomplete you can now easily link CRM packages to your PBX. For this we have entered into a partnership with Red Cactus. With their software, there is a good chance that your favorite CRM package can be integrated with your FreePBX or 3CX exchange with us. There is currently a choice of more than 125 CRM packages and this number is growing every week.

If your CRM package and VoIP exchange are linked, everyone in your organization can handle customer conversations more efficiently. When a call is made, a pop-up will appear with the customer’s name if it is already known. You then open the customer card with 1 mouse click. Depending on your CRM package, the conversation is registered and your customer note is immediately saved.

You also no longer have to find out who last called a customer. This is all easy to find in the software application and this also prevents miscommunication. Entering telephone numbers is also a thing of the past: you can click and call directly from the CRM package.
