If your CRM package and VoIP exchange are linked, everyone in your organization can handle customer conversations more efficiently. When a call is made, a pop-up will appear with the customer’s name if it is already known. You then open the customer card with 1 mouse click. Depending on your CRM package, the conversation is registered and your customer note is immediately saved.
You also no longer have to find out who last called a customer. This is all easy to find in the software application and this also prevents miscommunication. Entering telephone numbers is also a thing of the past: you can click and call directly from the CRM package.
