IP telephones & headsets

PBXcomplete provides a total solution to switch to a hosted Voip PBX. We can supply pre-configured IP telephones and, if desired, install them for you on location. You can choose from a simple wired desk phone to devices with advanced options and connections. We also supply wireless IP Dect telephones and hybrid telephones that are a combination of fixed and IP Dect. Your smartphone can also be connected to the Voip exchange with a sip client app, for example Bria from Counterpath. For good call quality you must have a trouble-free WiFi connection or 4G.

Wired IP telephones

We supply wired IP telephones from the quality brands Yealink, Gigaset Pro and Snom. The devices vary in options: from a simple desk phone that can be easily connected to extensive devices, a touchscreen color screen, Bluetooth links and programmable buttons to see if a colleague is busy.

Wireless IP Dect telephones

We deliver our wireless IP Dect telephones from the brands Gigaset Pro and Yealink with which we have the best experience. The IP Dect solution consists of a separate base station to which you can connect multiple handsets. We give every handset its own extension (internal number) on the exchange, so we can configure which handsets will ring when there is an incoming call. When purchasing, you must bear in mind that base stations have a limit on simultaneous calls, depending on the brand and type.

Multicell IP Dect solution

With the Multicell IP Dect solution from Gigaset Pro and Yealink you get access to an advanced IP Dect solution: all handsets can be used via 1 centrally arranged system where several base stations are linked to each other. Each handset can ‘roam’ over the different base stations so that a conversation can continue without interruption through another base station. With this you have a central system, with which you can provide every employee with a wireless device that can be used at any workplace. An ideal solution for the flexible working space.
